Official Statement of JSC Nikora

It has been reported in the media that the company "Goodwill" enters into JSC "Nikora" Holding. Concerning the mentioned issue, the CEO of the Company, MR. Irakli Bokolishvili made an official statement:

"We confirm that in case of the consent of the current founder of "Goodwill", Mr. Gogi Shevardnadze, JSC "Nikora" is ready to undertake all the obligations of the company "Goodwill". As soon as we have some tangible information concerning the processes, JSC "Nikora" will immediately inform the media outlets".
