JSC Nikora issues 10 million dollars bonds

JSC "Nikora" has released bonds worth $10 million.

TBC Capital LTD will provide the placement of these bonds (selling to investors).

The term of the bonds is two years and the annual interest rate is 9%. Payment of interest rate will be made quarterly. The withdrawal can be made from June 28, 2019. Any interested person can buy bonds for what they have to address TBC Capital.

Final emission prospect of JSC "Nikora ’s" bonds is already approved by the National Bank of Georgia.
