With Nikoras support a cookbook Heritage of Georgian Taste has been published

After two years of research, culinary family tandem, Archil Zambakhidze and Ketevan Papava, published a new cookbook for traditional Georgian recipes, "Heritage of Georgian Taste".
New issue combines 155 modern and old recipes that the couple collected in different parts of Georgia.
We are very proud that “Nikora” contributed to this extraordinary project, and wish best of luck to these very talented individuals.
