Recruitment stages for "Nikora" Holding companies is the following:

  1. Resume (Curriculum Vitae) review
  2. Test
  3. Individual or group job interviews

✔ After reviewing the resume, candidate will be contacted only if his/her data information given is relevant to the specific position, after this he/she will be able to take a test.

✔ The next stage is thetest, which involves determination of one’s compliance with the specific position.

✔ The first phase of an interview involves individual job interview with HR Department’s representative. In the second phase of the interview candidate meets with his/her potential head.

✔ One will be employed in specific position after the successful completion of all this stages (CV review, test and interview).
